HI, I’M JESSICA
After more than 15 years of leading complex commercial projects across global organisations, I saw that women often weren’t getting the honest & relevant career conversations they needed to make confident decisions to thrive. There’s a persistent misconception that success looks like climbing the ladder. It’s not true for everyone. I want to help women understand what truly drives them so they can enjoy their careers on their own terms.
I created The Meeting Point to support professional women to build careers which are true to who they are & not who they are expected to be.
Ultimately, no woman should feel they have to play a version of themselves to be acceptable.
